We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
All our parts are genuine manufacturers' parts and carry the manufacturers' 12 month warranty. They come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a product cannot be supplied in the stated delivery timeframe, we will contact you within 2 business days to advise revised delivery times or refund options.
In the event that you claim the product delivered is faulty, not in accordance with your order or does not agree with the description or quantity of the goods invoiced, you must advise us within 14 business days of the order being received. If such a claim is proven, we may rectify any fault or refund you at our absolute discretion. In the event that we require the goods to be returned, we will advise the method of return at our expense.
Products returned without our prior written approval may at our absolute discretion be returned to you or stored at your expense without prejudice to any rights or remedies that we have.
All electrical items must be fitted by a person qualified to carry out the electrical repairs. Before an electrical item that has been installed will be considered for return, we must be provided with an invoice or a copy of an electrical certificate of compliance from a properly qualified installer detailing the work that has been carried out and listing the parts replaced.
Any refund will be paid by the same payment method used for the original order within 5 working days of the refund being agreed.
