The shipping charge depends on a number of factors including the area you live, and the size/weight of the item(s) you have ordered. Our system will generate a shipping cost at checkout after you have entered your shipping details.

If you feel that our system has incorrectly calculated your shipping cost please contact us at shop@airdiffusion.com.au with details of the product(s) you are after and your postcode and we will follow up.

We carry most commonly ordered items in stock. Items in stock will be shipped within 1-5 business days. You will be sent a tracking number once item has been dispatched.

During checkout there is the option to save on postage and pick up at one of our local Air Diffusion stores. Click here for store locations
